Look at the hair

Before (I did not do my hair that morning so its a little haggard)

After

Soooo... I finally got my hair done and boy did it need it. My hair has been breaking off and is really dry so I needed a clean palate. I decided to do an all over color to make my hair healthy again. My stylist said that is a great decision. However I decided to try the bangs. I have always had swoop bangs but this time I was going to dare the straight cut. Much to my dismay I do not think that I am a straight bangs person. I think I look like a chipmunk. I was worried about the color because I pull warm, but I really really like it. I as most people have told me need a few days to get used to the style (ok i have had a few and need a few more :) but overall I am satisfied. I always like how my eyes look more blue when my hair is dark.

So what do you think?
Blonde on top/dark under or dark all together- hey maybe I will do all over blonde next. Who knows? I never do.

6 Quirks Tag- And I'm quirky

Tags must be the thing this month cause this is #3 for me.

Tell 6 UNSPECTACULAR Quirks about yourself and tag 6 fellow bloggers. Here we go...

Rules: link the person who tagged you. Mention these rules on your blog.

In no particular order...
#1. I hate spiders! Really bugs in general but mostly spiders. I almost start to cry every time I have to kill it because someone else is not there to do it. I feel like they are going to jump out at me or something, who knows but they make me anxious.

#2. My closet has to be color organized. My shirts hang in rainbow color order. ROYGBIV (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet...then black, grey, white and brown : ) I used to be as bad as in the color section having long and short sleeve separated.

#3. I can not sit still while watching movies. Even when my boyfriend and I are watching one together I am restless but at least I can sit/lay there. When I am by myself I have to be doing something while I watch. I will get up and clean, scrapbook, pedicure just anything and that is why I HATE going to a theater. So uncomfortable and I am restless.

#4. I can NOT go to bed with dry hands and feet. EVERY night I HAVE to lather up before hitting the sheets. I WILL wake up if in the middle of the night I am dry. I can not sleep through it. It's like trying to sleep when you really have to go pee. I will wake up and re lather.

#5. I have to always clean my desk. To the normal eye it looks clean and tidy but to me it looks disgusting. I am always cleaning and reorganizing. I guess that is how I am even in my own house. Clean! I hate anything being out of place.... The only thing I do not make sure is done the second it gets out is clean laundry. I hate folding/hanging up clothes. However along with cleaning I HATE clothes being in the dirty hamper. I am always doing laundry cause I can not keep clothes dirty. (I mean what if you need something that you already wore? :P

#6.I have to clean my ears out everyday. Sometimes even 2x's a day. (I guess its not really that weird just something that makes me feel clean)

We did it!

Sorry this picture is really small.

This is it people, it is a lot harder than it looks. (And VERY time consuming)

So Aaron and I have a hobby we like to do together. It all started a while back when we were buying a game and saw a pretty neat puzzle that we thought looked cool and decided to give it a try. It was enjoyable and a cheap date, so we continued to keep doing more and more puzzles. We always have one in the works. I would say we are prolly on puzzle number 9 or 10. It is relaxing and good time spent together.

Well we decided that we need to up our challenge. First we did a tremendously hard puzzle that all the colors were so close and it was very frustrating. We now graduated ourselves to a 2000 piece puzzle! Yes, ladies and gents we did it! It was the hardest one yet. The pieces are so small and this puzzle was a picture of Vegas with all the lights and moving cars which made it pretty hard. The puzzle is the same size as the dinner table. I am so proud of us.

All in all we have conquered our mission, now its on to saving the world. :P

Yea for us! Now boys you can have your dinner table back.

Hand Update

I now do not feel like my complaint yesterday was petty. My hand is a little bit infected and hurts so bad. No picture I take can do it justice. But since it is the length of the top of my hand one of the reasons it hurts so bad is my skin bends/folds or whatever its called and that hurts! I cant stop using my hand though, but wouldn't that be nice. :P

Such a petty complaint but now I can post

It could just be me but almost every time I am at a store such as Target where they have the metal hooks that they hang products on (i.e. purses, tools, clothes etc) I will reach in to get what I need and when I pull my hand out I scrape my hand on the part that holds the label/price. I have yet to bleed from it until now. I feel they need to have little rubber bumpers on them so you dont injure yourself. The picture does not do it justice. It really drew blood and now just stings. Maybe I can make money on this! LOL

Happy Birthday Debi (9/27)

I just wanted to give a shout out to Debi Dix.

She is a wonderful person and a great friend.

She is also my hairstylist. I could never ask for a better one either. For so long I hated getting my hair done because it was never done well or as I liked. Now as long as I have gone to Debi I never fail to want to get a "new do". I have never disliked it and even if I felt it did not looked like I had imagined she is so willing to go back and do what ever needs to be done. I have even cried in her chair cause I got nervous and she never made fun of me just made me feel relaxed. If you ever wanna give her a try I have got her number just ask and you shall receive.

She is the cutest pregnant mommy to be and fun to be around.

Debi I just wanted to say thank you for your friendship and wonderfulness. (is that a word?)
Happy Birthday! I hope it is great.

Capitol Reef

Isn't it so pretty. It even looks like that in real life. Can you believe it. Nature is georgous!
Yes, I got to spend most of my weekend here. It started on Friday night where Aaron and I spent it at Whitney and Zac's new house. We played games and hung out. It was a ton of fun. The next morning we woke up and drove to Boondocks for my work summer party. That too was pretty fun. Well we then drove down to Loa to stay the night at "The snuggle Inn". Loa is about 20 min from Capitol Reef national park. We took a drive that night to see the sites and the next morning we woke up early to rent a four wheeler and be up close and personal with nature. There were deer literally about 4 feet away and let you walk up to them. It was perfect weather and everything. We had a ton of fun! We got home early monday morning and took the day off work to catch up on everything. I can not tell you how something so simple can be so much fun when you are with the person you care about.
I love how selfless Aaron can be with his time home by spending it somewhere else with me. I love our mini vacations. Also these trips are not cheap so that is another reason he is so selfless. It makes me feel appreciated and I love it.
I do not have any pictures to post because once again they are all on my camera and i do not have a way to download them. Sorry.

Its been a long time.

I has been a while since I last posted and I really do not know what to post about so today you get to hear my frustration. I DO NOT like fire season. Aaron is gone so much(granted this season he has been around a little more often) and MOST of the time he is gone he has no service. He leaves on these at min. 2 week intervals and for example this tour he has NO SERVICE. So I do not get to talk to him. It is so frustrating. He is my best friend and I never hear from him or am ever able to just chat with him. It makes me miss him even more! It is so hard to not even hear him say "how was your day?" "I love you." "Good-night" etc... It is also hard not to worry that he is ok. You know fires can be dangerous and with some of his stories of him cutting down trees he makes me nervous. Anyhow I just wanted to vent my sadness and frustration of how much I miss and love him. I can not wait to talk to him. I love you babe.
